The ZR140 is designed for maximum efficiency by allowing the entire machine to be transported with the Kelly bar attached. This unique feature enables a quick transfer between the operational site and the transportation configuration, significantly reducing setup and dismantling time and boosting overall project completion speed.

The rig is powered by a reliable Cummins QSB5.9-C160 engine (Rated power of 119 kW, Stage III emission), ensuring strong output power. High construction efficiency is achieved by adopting a large displacement main pump and optimizing the power system. Furthermore, fuel consumption is kept low thanks to the implementation of a new generation of electronic control platform and a proportional control hydraulic system.

The machine offers robust performance with a Max. output torque of 140 kN.m and a Max. drilling diameter of 1300 mm. It features a substantial main winch with a Max. line pull of 140 KN and an auxiliary winch capable of lifting a Dia. 0.8m steel cage (when using the Kelly bar).
