The ZCC600V is designed for maximum efficiency, featuring high single rope speeds reaching 145 m/min (at the 3rd layer) for both the main and auxiliary winches. This high speed significantly reduces lifting cycle times. Additionally, the crane offers an optional free-fall function for the hoisting winches, further enhancing the efficiency and speed of material handling and hoisting operations on the job site.
Despite being a 60-ton crane, the ZCC600V is optimized for transport and dismantling. The tracks are extendible, reducing the maximum width of the entire machine during transportation to only 3m, simplifying logistics and permitting road travel in many regions. Furthermore, assembly is made easier as the weight of any single counterweight plate does not exceed 5.1t, meaning a small auxiliary crane can be utilized to finish the assembly process quickly and safely.
