Features

The ZRT400 is engineered for heavy-duty performance, boasting a Max. rated lifting capacity of 40,000 kg at a 2.5 m working radius. Its lifting mechanism is centered around a box-shaped main boom composed of four U-type sections made of high-strength steel, offering a length range from 10.2 m to 33.0 m. Furthermore, it includes a versatile jib system with two lattice structure sections (8.2 m or 14 m in length) that can be offset at $0^{\circ}$, $15^{\circ}$, and $30^{\circ}$, significantly extending its maximum lifting height to 47.8 m.

This crane is a true Rough Terrain machine, driven by a powerful DF Cummins QSB 6.7 engine (129 KW/2200 RPM), allowing for a highest driving speed of 38 km/h. Its mobility is highly flexible due to the full-hydraulic power steering gear, which provides four distinct steering modes: 2-wheel steering (front or rear), 4-wheel steering (all-wheel), and 4-wheel steering (crab steering).

Safety is a priority, with the crane equipped with a complete suite of devices, including a Rated Capacity Indicator (RCI), hoisting limit and lower limit switches, balance valves, hydraulic locks, and an emergency stop button. For stable operation, the machine uses four H-type outriggers that are hydraulically controlled and can be operated independently from the cab. These outriggers feature a fully extended spread of 6500 mm (L) x 6400 mm (W), with options for fully retracted or intermediately extended settings, ensuring maximum stability for various operational demands.
