The crane boasts a maximum rated lifting capacity of 25,000 kg (25t). Its superstructure features a five-section, U-shape profile telescopic main boom spanning 10.5m to 41.0m and an 8m single-section lattice jib that can be offset at 5°, 17°, or 30°, allowing it to reach a maximum lifting height of 48.9m. The hoisting system includes separate main and auxiliary winches, both offering a maximum rope speed of 120 m/min.

It operates using an open-type hydraulic system that utilizes a classic 5-lever manual operation combined with a proportional control system. This system allows for separate and precise control of the slewing, telescoping, derricking, and hoisting movements. Stability is ensured by H-type outriggers, complemented by a crucial 5th outrigger installed beneath the driver's cab, which enables safe and stable 360-degree operation.

The crane is equipped with a welded steel-structure operator's cab designed for spacious vision, complete with AC and Heater for optimal comfort in various working conditions. For maximum safety, it includes standard safety devices such as an Automatic Load Moment Limiter, warning lights, digital LCD displays, and a Hoisting Limit Switch.
